Senior Technology Architect

ATEKO is looking for a senior Microsoft Technology Architect

Location

• Position to be filled in Quebec
• The consultant must remain in the Quebec region to facilitate mentoring and proximity with the team.

Work Mode

• Hybrid
• Minimum of 2 to 3 days per week in the Quebec office
• Full-time, 35 hours/week

Duration

• Start: As soon as possible
• End: December 31, 2027
• Possibility of extension

We are looking for an extremely senior architect with a strong mentoring capacity to guide and grow a team of architects.

We are seeking a Microsoft-oriented Senior Technology Architect, capable of contributing to the architecture reflections of the organization's Microsoft ecosystem and acting as a mentor to less experienced technology architects.

• Exchange Online

• Microsoft Copilot
• Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and evolution of Microsoft architectures
• Produce architecture recommendations and advice
• Participate in technology roadmaps
• Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and security concerns
• Conduct Microsoft technology research
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with architecture, security, operations, and product teams

Desired Experience

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience
• Significant experience in Microsoft architecture in complex environments
• Experience with M365, Entra ID, Defender, and ideally Purview
• Practical experience in mentoring, coaching, or developing technical teams
• Good understanding of agility and the SAFe framework
