The accounting technician plays a key role within the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial data. In a rapidly growing manufacturing environment, the incumbent actively participates in monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and maintaining internal controls, across our various entities.
We are seeking a self-motivated, rigorous professional with a strong analytical capacity, capable of managing multiple priorities in a complex and high-volume operational context.

YOUR ROLE
- Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process;
- Prepare and record end-of-period accounting entries;
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations;
- Update fixed asset tables and calculate depreciation;
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve accounting anomalies;
- Prepare various financial analyses;
- Prepare / process intercompany transactions;
- Support, if needed, payables, receivables, and treasury functions;
- Collaborate on external audits and auditor requests;
- Prepare documentation and reconciliations required for audits;
- Ensure the accuracy of data and proper accounting demarcation;
- Any other tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the company;
Desired Profile
- DEC or DEP in accounting;
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is highly favored
- Excellent mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
- Very good understanding of financial statements
- Strong skills in reconciliations, account analyses, and journal entries;
- Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail
- Autonomy and initiative;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and collaboration with business partners
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment;
