MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounting entries
• Management of accounts receivable (collections and tracking of receivables)
• Monthly and annual closings and sending of statements
• Opening of vehicle files
• Management of quotes, purchases, and vehicle transfers for customers
• Other related administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual: French and English (an asset)
• Education in accounting
• Very comfortable with computers and the use of various documents
• Team spirit (communicate respectfully)
• Ability to plan and organize work
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
• Salary: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Hours: 38.0 per week
