Billing Clerk

Company Description

Dynamic Distributors is the main distributor of magazines and newspapers in Quebec, with over 180,000 subscribers and 6,500 sales points. It distributes millions of copies each year and also excels in the distribution of specialized products for convenience stores, pharmacies, and food markets.

As a Billing Clerk, your role will consist of ensuring the processing and follow-up of billing operations, while participating in various administrative activities. Through your diligence, you will contribute to the accuracy of data, client file management, and efficient payment processing to support the organization's financial activities.

• Validate and process the information and documents necessary for billing;
• Perform the required follow-ups with clients and internal partners;
• Ensure the accuracy of data and update files in the systems;
• Process payments, deposits, and necessary adjustments;
• Contribute to the respect of deadlines, procedures, and service quality standards;
• Participate in various administrative tasks in support of financial activities.
• *Note that this position is a one-year replacement.*

Qualifications

• DEC in accounting or equivalent training;
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing cycles;
• Excellent organization, diligence, and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
• Proficiency with PDF, CSV files, and mastery of Excel, Word, Office 365;
• Knowledge of accounting system Sage (an asset).
