The Role

Our consultants help our clients plan their supply chains. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will:

  • Audit how companies forecast demand and plan inventory.
  • Recommend process and software improvements to help our clients better serve their customers;
  • Implement and facilitate planning processes;
  • Configure and support software systems that run supply chains.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and calculate logistics and business operations data;
  • Model business processes to develop innovative recommendations for clients;
  • Build custom reports and KPIs from multiple software systems;
  • Communicate technical analyses to project teams and clients clearly and concisely;
  • Write training documentation for clients;
  • Attend client-facing meetings.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, software, science, or a related field;
  • Be able to travel within Canada and the United States up to 20% of the time;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French **Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;*
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
