We are looking for our future Service Development and Improvement Specialist to join our teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate performance according to established criteria.
• Develop and update tracking mechanisms, performance indicators, and decision-support tools.
• Produce analyses, professional opinions, and recommendations aimed at improving management, coordination, and strategic alignment.
• Conduct studies, analyses, and research.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of needs.
• Provide advisory roles to managers regarding the application of normative frameworks, policies, and directives.
• Conduct strategic surveillance on best practices, government orientations, and trends.
• Desired Profile

Academic Background

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information technology, economics, management sciences, or another relevant field, or a combination of experience, certification, or other elements deemed relevant as compensation for academic requirements.

Minimum Professional Experience

• Possess relevant experience in analyzing, coordinating, or evaluating complex files, ideally in relation to partnerships or IT services.
• Proficiency in the computer tools necessary for analysis, report production, and performance tracking.

Professional Experience (Asset)

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain.
