Summary

Reporting to the D - Digital Products Claims team, you are responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the agile team on the member journey "I Manage" in property and casualty insurance. You play a central role in the evolution of self-service experiences offered to members by translating business priorities into concrete, high-value digital solutions.

Your objective would be to ensure the quality, consistency, and prioritization of the product backlog to enable the continuous delivery of digital improvements that meet the needs of members, operations, and business partners.

In this role, you act as a product resource person to multidisciplinary teams. You demonstrate autonomy, exercise influence leadership, and contribute to resolving complex issues while fostering alignment among stakeholders.

You will excel in the following functions

• Break down prioritized features into clear, complete, and testable user stories in collaboration with UX, analytics, and development teams.
• Maintain a prioritized, structured, and ready-to-deliver product backlog by ensuring healthy dependency and priority management.
• Align team work with PI objectives, desired business value, and stakeholder expectations.
• Actively participate in various agile ceremonies to support planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Clarify needs, answer development team questions, and facilitate decision-making to avoid bottlenecks and accelerate value delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and partner teams to prepare PI Planning, manage dependencies, and contribute to train objectives.
• Ensure the functional quality of delivered solutions by adhering to acceptance criteria, definition of done, and relevant non-functional requirements.
• Serve as the product contact point for business experts, operations, compliance teams, and other partners involved in the "I Manage" journey.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement by analyzing pain points, observed results, and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in the evolution of a strategic digital journey aimed at simplifying the member experience and increasing operational efficiency.

Your skills and qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering digital products, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written, due to interactions with French and English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers.
• Mastery of agile practices and a good understanding of the SAFe framework.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex contexts.
• Show autonomy and be recognized for your ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders.
• Possess strong communication skills and be comfortable explaining complex concepts to various audiences.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance, digital self-service, or product backlog management tools is a plus.
