Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION

Écolopeintres is looking for a project manager to join its team.

In collaboration with our administrative team and site foremen, the selected person will be responsible for tracking and coordinating several construction projects simultaneously.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform rigorous tracking of ongoing projects;
• Prepare and track administrative projects: file opening, technical sheets, color plans, required documents, etc.;
• Ensure communication and coordination with general contractors;
• Analyze and compare submission plans with construction plans;
• Prepare paint orders, material orders, and other project-related needs;
• Track directives, modifications, and change notices;
• Prepare and perform progressive project billing;
• Collaborate closely with foremen and management team to ensure smooth project execution;
• Perform any other tasks related to project management.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Possess
• 6 months to 1 year of experience
• in project management or a related field;
• Be able to read and understand
• architectural plans and estimates;
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus;
• Be comfortable with computer tools and capable of quickly learning new software;
• Strong written and spoken French skills.
