- The Role
Our client, a leading North American electric vehicle charging company with well-established operations in Quebec, operates one of the largest charging networks in North America and plays a direct role in the transition to more sustainable mobility. As part of its growth, it is seeking a Distribution Channel Manager for the residential segment of its offering in Canada. This is a strategic and highly visible role: you will be responsible for structuring, activating, tracking, and optimizing the entire network of partners distributing its home charging solutions, with a measurable impact on sales growth and market coverage.
Daily Responsibilities
- Structure and manage distribution channels (distributors, retailers, installers, automotive partners), including territory rules, priorities, and interactions with direct sales
- Drive the integration and activation of new partners: product training, tools, documentation, and ordering processes
- Track performance indicators by partner and channel (sales, inventory, pipeline, order regularity) and produce actionable weekly and monthly reports
- Lead performance reviews with key partners and deploy concrete action plans to address gaps
- Develop channel sales forecasts and participate in the sales and operations planning process (S&OP)
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to address field issues and support partners
- Recommend adding, pausing, or removing partners and continuously improve processes, tools, and incentives
Qualifications
- University degree in business, administration, sales management, marketing, or related field, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or distribution
- Proficiency in performance tracking, reporting, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, to collaborate with partners and teams across Canada
- Knowledge of operational processes, EDI, and 3PL logistics, an asset

- A compensation package that can reach $150,000: the total compensation is discussed during the initial call
- Permanent full-time position, hybrid: based in Quebec with two days a week in the office, or remote from Montreal with travel to Quebec
