As a retail operations supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and operational excellence. You will lead by example, offering inspiring customer service that exceeds our clients' expectations. You prioritize continuous improvement to ensure high performance and adherence to merchandising and brand standards.

More specifically, you will:

  • Customer Interaction: Set the example and teach our sales model behaviors, interact with customers, and motivate associates to do the same. Ensure a harmonious customer experience using all available tools and techniques.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise all aspects of inventory and merchandising standards in partnership with the leadership team, including ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers daily, visual merchandising, promotion preparations, and displays. Supervise back-office task organization and management, and provide regular reports on stock levels and sales trends related to operational excellence.
  • Training and Development: Support associate training, development, and coaching. Play a supportive role in performance and training conversations for a high-performance and sales-focused culture.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication for associates, lead meetings, and ensure efficient store operations by quickly resolving any issues.
  • Health and Safety: Support health and safety policies and procedures, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage leadership office tasks, including cashier office weekly report administration. Ensure precise and consistent cashier office management.

Some prerequisites

  • 3+ years of previous customer service experience in retail.
  • 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills.
