Becoming an Industrial Engineer - ERP with us means playing a key role in the evolution of our production systems to support performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.

As an Industrial Engineer - ERP, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify, analyze, and translate business needs related to the ERP production module. You will actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects in a multisite context, acting as a change agent for the teams.

You will bring functional expertise, ensure the quality of deliverables, and contribute to the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes.

On a Daily Basis, You Will Have To

  • Actively play an expert role in ERP implementation and evolution projects in a multisite manufacturing environment;
  • Identify, analyze, and understand manufacturing business needs (site by site), provide a clear diagnosis, and formulate structured recommendations;
  • Configure the ERP system and participate in the design and modeling of production processes;
  • Participate in workshops aimed at optimizing and standardizing processes with internal teams and consultants;
  • Translate and popularize operational and functional requirements with stakeholders;
  • Promote good practices and ERP features to operational teams;
  • Serve as a technical reference for the production module and ensure the quality of deliverables;
  • Train users and support teams in adopting changes;
  • Serve as a positive leader and change agent within the organization.

You are the person we are looking for if you possess

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering;
  • Around 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system integration or evolution;
  • Practical experience in ERP system configuration, particularly related to the production module;
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and processes;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset);
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong teamwork and influential leadership abilities;
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English, both orally and in writing, to meet the mandate's requirements and interact with various stakeholders;
  • Availability for occasional travel to our plants in Quebec.
