The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate family law and youth protection lawyer to join our team. The position is based in the Greater Montreal Area. We are looking for lawyers with 1 to 40 years of experience in this field. Travel to neighboring districts may be required as needed.

You will have your own interesting cases from the start that you will manage from A to Z.

Main Responsibilities

• Initial consultations with clients;
• Preparation of procedures;
• Negotiations;
• Court representations;
• Case management.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: According to experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Remote
