QUEBEC OR MONTREAL FULL-TIME POSITION (37.5 HOURS)

Our *Business Services* department is looking for travel enthusiasts ready to leverage their talent to serve our business clientele. The benefits of joining our team are numerous:

On a daily basis, your work will consist of

• Determining the client's needs and proposing suitable products;
• Making reservations for all destinations (air, hotel, car, train, and transfer);
• Providing information on destinations, customs, foreign currencies, visa acquisition, COVID restrictions, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Proficiency in the Sabre reservation system;
• Knowledge of international destinations;
• Sense of organization;
• Proactive, motivated, and client-oriented person.

REQUIREMENTS

• Travel or tourism training;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written due to the Canadian clientele and international suppliers);
• Travel counselor certification from OPC.
