Do you have solid experience in construction project management and want to play a key role in the realization of major projects?

We are looking for an autonomous, structured, and meticulous project manager who will be responsible for the complete management of their projects, from start to finish.

Under the supervision of the construction director and in close collaboration with the site foremen, you will be responsible for the planning, follow-up, and profitability of the projects assigned to you.

Your role: On a daily basis, you will be called upon to: Plan and follow up on work and schedules

Manage budgets, costs, and project profitability

Negotiate and award subcontracting contracts

Follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and professionals

Act as the official representative of the company with various stakeholders

Handle the administrative opening and closing of projects in collaboration with the management team

Analyze, prepare, and manage change directives

Prepare payment requests in collaboration with the administration

Approve subcontractor invoices and payments

Participate in the planning and follow-up of health and safety on sites

Coordinate meetings with subcontractors and clients when required

Prepare and document claims, if necessary

Ensure the complete closure and delivery of projects

Produce profitability follow-up reports.

The desired profile: DEC or BAC in a relevant field, such as architecture, construction engineering, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in project management

Excellent negotiation and priority management skills

Great autonomy and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously

Methodical, rigorous, and results-oriented approach

Good team spirit, positive attitude, and dynamism

Good mastery of MS Project, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of Vision ICC software (important)
