Your Daily Tasks

  • Receive, verify, and store parts and goods according to established standards, ensuring complete traceability and precise location of each item.
  • Prepare and distribute parts to mechanics, ensuring every exit is associated with an active work order.
  • Collaborate with the buyer on procurement operations to transmit internal requests and anticipate restocking needs based on stock levels.
  • Manage inter-branch transfers and maintain effective communication with the concerned teams.
  • Perform regular stock checks, including cyclical and annual counts, report discrepancies, and keep the inventory of unused parts up to date to contribute to their reintegration or redistribution.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse in a safe, clean, and accessible manner, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and personnel safety.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of stock management processes, including the implementation of best practices, automated tracking, and performance tools.

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Completed DES;
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel;
