We are looking for a
Marketing Communications Manager to support our strategic and digital deployment with rigor, creativity, and commitment.
Reporting to the Marketing and Growth Director, you will carry out the entire communication and marketing strategy of Go RH, based on three major axes: brand positioning, brand visibility/media relations, and digital strategy. You will translate the commercial strategy into concrete tactics, drive the action plan, and manage the team as well as external partners.

Your responsibilities include, without being limited to:
Brand Positioning
- Contribute to the definition of brand positioning and develop the annual marketing communication plan (translated into quarterly priorities).
- Ensure the consistency of the brand across all tools and touchpoints.
- Monitor the market, competition, and trends in HR.
- Build and track the budget while optimizing its performance.
Content Strategy & Writing
- Define the editorial line and content calendar; ensure the quality and tone of publications.
- Take charge of the external communication writing.
- Drive loyalty initiatives (client newsletters, exclusive content, webinars).
- Highlight the voice of customers (testimonials, case studies, co-creation).
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to design relational and educational actions.
Press Relations & Visibility
- Orient press relations initiatives and deploy visibility campaigns (organic and paid).
- Develop the visibility of internal experts (conferences, panels, opinion articles, distinctions).
- Plan corporate events, trade shows, and webinar programming.
- Negotiate and maximize partnership and sponsorship agreements.
Digital Strategy
- Drive web projects (updates, optimizations, content integration, SEO, conversion paths).
- Ensure the alignment of digital campaigns with the overall strategy.
- Manage and evolve the marketing tools ecosystem (HubSpot, WiseStamp, Zoho, CookieYes, Google, etc.).
Management, Operations, and Reporting
- Manage, motivate, and develop the person in the graphic designer position.
- Coordinate temporary resources and mandates entrusted to external partners (agencies, freelancers).
- Track billing, budget compliance, and define performance indicators (KPIs) for presentation to the management.
What it takes to shine
- Education & Experience:
University degree in marketing, consumer sciences, administration, or communications, accompanied by 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing/communication (B2B/services professional experience strongly desired).
- Management & Coordination:
Experience in personnel management or cross-functional project management.
- Digital & CRM Expertise:
Relevant knowledge of a CRM (ideally HubSpot) and mastery of digital levers (SEO, online advertising, email marketing, social networks).
- Language & Analytical Skills:
Perfect mastery of French both orally and in writing, mastery of English, and ease with data/budget management.
Personal Skills
- Critical sense, judgment, and ability to prioritize in a multi-mandate environment.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and proactivity.
- Relationship skills and a taste for collaborative work, especially with the sales function.
- Curiosity, market orientation, and concern for the quality of deliverables.
