As a Solution Architecture Advisor – Data and Analytics, you contribute, from an organizational perspective, to actively monitor the opportunities offered by new technologies or new business approaches and design solutions that meet business needs in projects by capitalizing on architecture targets and foundations. You ensure their consistency with the organization's structure, current and future needs, as well as the compatibility of the integration of new elements with the existing architecture (applicative software, products or services, etc.).

You assume a role of influence among business partners and solution or enterprise architecture specialists in the context of initiatives involving strategic, complex, and innovative development and interventions. The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth expertise in several technological and/or business domains and the coverage of aspects related to data, applications, and infrastructure. You formulate recommendations regarding solution or enterprise architecture and produce deliverables related to your field, within the framework of highly operationally and conceptually complex projects or initiatives. These require a global and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business domain and the organization. The interactions are numerous. You are called to interact with a very large number of stakeholders operating in various fields of expertise. Mastery of interpersonal relationships then becomes an essential skill.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a responsible party in the context of specific projects, mandates, and development activities within your area of expertise, whose scope and impacts are major for the company and whose reach can be at the organizational level
• Advise and support your clients and partners in positioning, planning, development, implementation, and follow-up of various strategic projects and mandates under your responsibility, such as the sectoral data strategy.
• Oversee the development and evolution of policies, standards, models, and programs in support of your unit's strategic projects and mandates
• Identify and analyze issues. Raise significant issues. Establish frameworks and make recommendations to the concerned parties
• Represent your unit to various committees composed of senior management members and to the authorities
• Be familiar with and apply the standards and standards in force in order to design solutions that are compliant and respect the organization's guidelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• A minimum of eight years of experience in business intelligence, including five years as a data and analytics solution architect or other relevant experience
• Significant expertise as a business intelligence and advanced analytics architect, modern architecture, on large-scale projects and data and analytics strategy development.
• Knowledge and experience in data and analytics ecosystem architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of modern medal architectures, data mesh (Data lake, DWH, ETL/ELT data pipelines).
• Knowledge of data governance and security strategies
• Expertise in Cloud/Data and Analytics
• Expertise in modern data platform Azure analytics, Databricks is essential and Microsoft Fabric (asset)
