Your contribution: We are looking for a versatile and resourceful person to carry out various maintenance, renovation, and support tasks on different projects. The work takes place in a variety of settings, including administrative offices, schools, hospitals, institutional buildings, and other types of establishments. The candidate may also be called upon to participate in material characterization and sampling activities, in support of qualified and trained employees. Your main responsibilities
- Carry out minor repairs on walls and ceilings, such as plastering, painting, and finishing work;
- Use various manual and electrical tools;
- Participate in material characterization and sampling work (training offered as needed);
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment;
- Travel between different work sites.
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

- Experience in plastering and painting;
- Mobile and available to travel to different job sites;
- Valid driver's license required;
- Construction ASP (an asset);
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles;
- Strict adherence to safety procedures;
- Awareness of risks related to asbestos, mold, and hazardous materials;
- Interest in industrial hygiene and the environment;
- Ability to work with personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection devices (half-mask);
- Constant concern for the prevention and safety of users and staff;
- Ability to follow sampling and characterization procedures;
- Skill to work in occupied buildings or controlled zones;
- Ease in learning new methods and procedures;
- Experience or interest in asbestos characterization (asset);
- Experience or interest in decontamination work (asset).
