We are looking for our future Digital Transformation Support Advisor to join our teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation leaders in preparing, writing, documenting, and implementing digital initiatives for the ministry.
  • Participate in the logistical, material, and administrative preparation of workshops and meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, outlines, grids, visuals, and other materials needed for activities.
  • Ensure note-taking, idea capture, and result consolidation during workshops.
  • Produce reports, summaries, information notes, and document drafts to support internal reflections and prepare files or other deliverables for internal committees.
  • Support the coordination of digital projects (tracking, schedules, reminders, dashboards).
  • Compile and organize information needed for reports and reviews.
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize information from internal teams.
  • Document processes, needs, operational irritants, and findings, and conduct preliminary research or analysis.
  • Write articles, FAQs, fact sheets, quick guides, or internal messages related to digital transformation.
  • Write content for information capsules, including scripts, narratives, messages, pedagogical explanations, and learning activities.
  • Design and produce information capsules, tutorials, and awareness content (scripting, visual design, recording, editing, and integrating interactive elements).
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and accessibility without relying on internal experts for technical design or validation, while adhering to the organization's graphic standards.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to validate content when required.
  • Design simple visuals or presentations to support internal communication.
  • Perform appropriate knowledge transfer throughout the intervention.
  • Conduct a watch on trends in digital transformation, information management, responsible digital, and government policies.
  • Desired Profile
  • Hold a technical college diploma (DEC) or a first-cycle university diploma (bachelor's degree) in communication, education, graphic design, information management, administration, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation support, digital communication, pedagogical design, multimedia production, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multimedia creation tools, including at least one video editing tool and one interactive content creation tool.
  • Have experience in pedagogical design or digital content production (scripting, simplification, tutorials, capsules).
  • Ability to simplify these concepts and integrate them into interactive content.
  • Experience in documenting processes, operational analysis, or writing notes, reports, or summaries for decision-making bodies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital culture principles, including:
  • + Collaboration (collaborative tools, networked work, agile practices)
  • + Data orientation (understanding data-related issues, use for decision-making)
  • + Customer focus (user experience, accessibility, adapted digital services)

  • Demonstrated skills in animating or co-animating workshops (real-time note-taking, consolidation).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational, synthesis, and priority management skills.
  • Creativity and visual ergonomics sense.
  • Experience in digital transformation in a public context (asset).
  • Knowledge of government policies on digital transformation, information management, cybersecurity, or responsible digital (asset).
