What does a fun internship look like?Are you looking for a hands-on internship that will let you get right in the thick of things, analyze real-world challenges on the factory floor, and have a direct impact on operational performance? This internship is for you!

As a Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineering intern, you’ll help optimize our work methods by combining efficiency, quality, safety, and innovation. You’ll participate in hands-on projects focused on process improvement, data analysis, and production flow optimization, while collaborating with various teams to develop solutions that will make a real difference on the shop floor.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:* Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collect and analyze production data to support decision-making
  • Participate in the design and optimization of workstations to improve efficiency and ergonomics
  • Develop and implement solutions aimed at improving productivity, quality, and safety
  • Conduct root cause analyses and help resolve operational issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote project integration and success
  • Create or improve performance metrics and dashboards
  • Participate in risk analyses related to processes and proposed changes
  • Prepare and present the results of analyses and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Contribute to change management activities related to completed projects
  • Perform any other tasks related to the internship

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:* Be enrolled in a university program in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automated production engineering, or any other related field

  • Have completed at least one year of university-level coursework
  • Knowledge of the principles of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing (a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus)

Ready to join us? We are waiting for you for an internship that will run from January 5 to April 16, 2027. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and you will enjoy flexible hours!
