In this role, you will contribute to telling the stories that shape our organization. Whether through creating digital content, producing videos, managing social media, or supporting employer branding initiatives, you will play a key role in how ANDRITZ is perceived both internally and externally.
The main responsibilities for this key role are as follows:
What You Will Do
Create engaging content for internal and external communications.
Develop and publish content for social media, including LinkedIn.
Produce and edit videos showcasing our employees, projects, and expertise.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Participate in the organization of events, campaigns, and communication projects.
Collaborate with teams and leaders across North America to promote the organization's successes and achievements.
Measure the results of initiatives and recommend improvement paths.

What You Bring
University degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field.
Several years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation.
Excellent writing skills in French and English.
Experience or strong interest in social media, video production, and content creation.
Creativity, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
