Production Planner

In the context of business growth and with the objective of promoting operational excellence, Cuisines Rochon is seeking a production planner who will be able to combine leadership, strategy, and expertise in their daily work.

Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, the person will be tasked with evolving and maintaining business processes in the planning of the manufacturing plant's production, located in Quebec.

What are your responsibilities as a production planner?

• Manage factory capacities, customer priorities, material availability, and data integrity to meet a high level of customer satisfaction
• Establish key performance indicators to track and achieve performance objectives
• Meet daily with functional teams to address issues encountered
• Develop and maintain strategic procurement processes and the necessary tools for their execution
• Support delivery to ensure good management of deadlines, quality, and costs, in the best interest of production and customer requirements

What are your qualifications and skills as a production planner?

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a production planning position in a manufacturing company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills (Excel and ERP software)
• Experience in coaching
