Maintenance Team Lead

Schedule: Full-time, permanent

Maintenance Team Lead – Responsibilities

• Supervise and mobilize a team of maintenance technicians
• Plan work orders according to production priorities
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose complex breakdowns and support the team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Conduct audits and follow up on interventions
• Manage parts, orders, and update the GMAO system
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Maintenance Team Lead – Qualifications

• DEP or DEC in electromechanical, industrial maintenance, industrial mechanics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in team management or supervision
• Strong leadership and excellent priority management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix) (asset)
