Member and Client Experience Advisor

The work mode for this position is full-time on-site.

As a Member and Client Experience Advisor at Desjardins Gracefield Credit Union, you will enhance the experience of our members and clients and ensure their satisfaction at Desjardins Gracefield Credit Union. You stand out for your listening skills and welcoming attitude? This position will give you a sense of accomplishment at work. Through this support, you will promote the cooperative values of Desjardins. You will accompany members and clients and offer them advice for their banking transactions. You will promote all Desjardins products and services. You will listen to their needs in order to offer them adapted solutions. You will identify business opportunities and direct members and clients to your colleagues for specialized services. At Desjardins, teamwork is emphasized. You are a proud ambassador of digital solutions and offer advice to members and clients on the use of these solutions. You ensure the smooth running of their financial transactions and emphasize information and support in the use of technological tools. More specifically, you will be involved in:

• Accompanying members and clients in their operations and transactions, identifying opportunities to inform them about existing applications and technological tools, enabling them to be more autonomous in these activities.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining business relationships, through service delivery and activities.
• Accompanying members and clients who have suffered fraud or irregularities and ensuring they are directed to designated partners.

What you will bring to the table

• High school diploma (DES)
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services related to current and convenience
• Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services for Credit Union members and those offered by Desjardins Business Centers, components, distribution networks/channels, and competitors
• Knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative
• Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products and services and automated and assisted transactions
