Patient Services Specialist

Our clinic, Visique St-Augustin, is looking for someone like you who will leverage your exceptional skills and experience within our team as a Patient Services Specialist.

At this position, you will provide exceptional service and support, improving the lives of our patients in a dynamic and enriching environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Welcome patients to the clinic, accompany them upon arrival and departure, and communicate with them in person, by phone, and by email
• Perform pre-tests to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription prints, and manage billing and payments
• Manage the distribution of glasses and perform minor repairs and adjustments on frames
• Provide a memorable customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients
• Support clinic operations by completing other tasks as needed

What you bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient contact and providing an exceptional experience
• Collaborative team spirit, adaptable, and proactive, with a growth mindset and the ability to manage changing priorities effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Proficiency in technology and computer tools, including MS Office suite
