RESPONSIBILITIES

The project engineer is responsible for the development and construction of various civil and mechanical phases of a wind project. They are an important stakeholder in the management of an ongoing wind project. The project engineer must, among other things:

  • Develop the construction strategy;
  • Collaborate with external engineers for the design of works;
  • Work on-site for the construction of infrastructure;
  • Develop work methods to enable the tracking of work, quality validation, and cost and schedule tracking;
  • Collaborate with foremen and superintendents for the optimization of on-site work;
  • All other related tasks.

EXIGENCES

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or any other relevant discipline;
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in construction and/or construction project management (civil or energy);
  • Be mobile on-site;
  • Be familiar with project tracking tools;
  • Have a strong interest in construction.
