In this strategic role, you will be responsible for measuring the performance of digital campaigns, designing advanced reporting solutions, and converting complex analyses into concrete business recommendations. Analysis and Report Production
- Lead the measurement of campaigns and the production of performance reports across various media platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, GA4, Adobe, and others.
- Develop the reporting infrastructure in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective performance tracking.
- Present analyses, findings, and clear data-based recommendations confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Advise teams in executing media impact and incrementality tests; support the design of tests, data collection, statistical interpretation, and analysis of results to validate media effectiveness.
- Support the team in developing and analyzing relational statistical models (regressions, Bayesian methods, etc.) to evaluate causality relationships and isolate the impact of media from external variables.
- Translate competitive activities and market trends into performance recommendations and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Dashboards and Data Management
- Design and maintain client dashboards using various data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- In collaboration with data engineering teams, create and maintain API connectors to media platforms; extract, transform, and harmonize raw advertising data to produce datasets ready for reporting in Azure or BigQuery.
- Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies, and regularly automate reporting production processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with agency teams and clients to support media efficiency initiatives.
- Present analyses confidently and translate complex data into clear business language.
- Participate in regular client meetings to share results, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of processes and reporting production standards to foster knowledge sharing among teams.
Essential Qualifications (from the start of employment)
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to support bilingual client teams based in Montreal for meetings, communications, and report production, and to collaborate closely with media efficiency teams based in Ontario.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3 to 5 years or more of professional experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or data engineering, with an emphasis on advertising or marketing data.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write queries for extracting, transforming, validating, and harmonizing data from multiple sources. Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of digital media metrics and measurement methods, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion tracking, attribution models, incrementality, and audience data.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) and dashboard design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses and present them clearly to executive-level stakeholders and clients.
Assets (training offered)
- Experience in creating and evaluating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for clients, including defining success metrics, attribution models, and measurement standards aligned with business objectives.
- Basic knowledge of statistical modeling, including regression analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing. Knowledge of Bayesian methods or causal inference is a plus.
- Experience in measuring the performance of multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, GA4, etc. Specialization in one or two platforms is acceptable; knowledge development on other tools will be supported.
- Knowledge of Python or R applied to statistical modeling and analysis automation. Strong understanding of SQL and statistical concepts remains a priority.
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) approaches. Prior exposure is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in experimental design and testing methodologies, including incrementality tests, A/B tests, and control group management.

The salary range for this position is $70K – $78K. The salary will be within this range and determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, REER, paid leave, and/or other benefits is offered to all permanent employees.
