Your Responsibilities at EXP *Contract Security and Compliance*

  • Ensure project compliance with security requirements established by clients, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
  • Interpret and analyze security clauses in requests for proposals, proposals, contracts, and subcontract agreements.
  • Advise project managers and business teams on security-related contractual obligations.
  • Participate in risk reviews and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

  • Contribute to responses to requests for proposals with specific security requirements.
  • Support teams during audits, inspections, or compliance checks.
  • Manage registrations, certifications, and compliance requirements on client platforms.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, risk management, engineering, information security, public security, or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to contract security, compliance, risk management, industrial security, or information security.
  • Experience in the engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, energy, or public sector.
  • Knowledge of security requirements applicable to federal and provincial government contracts (a significant asset).
  • Experience in managing security clearances and sensitive or protected information.
  • Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Canadian citizenship required.
  • Eligibility for government security clearance.
