Role and Purpose
- We are currently seeking an IT Technician Level II
to join our team. Reporting to the Director of TI, the incumbent will provide user support and maintain and evolve the organization's technological environment. We are looking for an autonomous, resourceful, and versatile individual who can take ownership of a problem, analyze it, and lead it to resolution.
Your Daily Routine With Us
- Handle Level 1 and 2 IT requests and incidents;
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and various cloud services;
- Manage and maintain Windows and Mac workstations, servers, and IT equipment using NinjaOne RMM;
- Ensure mobile device management (iOS and Android) using an MDM solution;
- Diagnose network issues: DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall;
- Participate in UniFi environment administration;
- Monitor backups, cybersecurity, and monitoring tools;
- Manage accounts, access, and equipment for employee arrivals and departures;
- Participate in IT projects, migrations, and new solution deployments;
- Document interventions and propose improvements to the IT environment.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- DEC or AEC in IT;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows and MacOS environments;
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices;
- Strong knowledge of networking and cloud environments;
- Experience with an RMM tool, ideally NinjaOne;
- Knowledge of UniFi, Azure, PowerShell, or virtualization: an asset;
- Experience in the medical and/or real estate field: an important asset;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems autonomously;
- Sense of priorities, initiative, diligence, and resourcefulness.
