Description
Under the supervision of the Internal Sales Director, the incumbent collaborates closely with the account manager to develop and implement a customer development plan. This role combines business development, sales growth stimulation, and a strong customer service component, ranging from technical advice to the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in your territory to stimulate sales growth;
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and manufacturers in your sector to offer optimal solutions to your clientele;
- Advise customers on product selection and respond to their requests by phone, email, or videoconference;
- Promote solutions resold and supported by IT2GO to the clientele;
- Prepare and submit proposals to clients, then provide the necessary follow-up;
- Record opportunities with IT2GO's partner manufacturers;
- Conduct product, price, delivery time, additional discount, etc., research with suppliers and manufacturers;
- Handle complaints, propose solutions, and refer to management as needed;
- Monitor customer satisfaction after delivery;
- Share customer information with the account manager and act as a reference for them.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role within the information technology sector.
- Excellent knowledge of IT solutions available on the market (hardware and software).
- Bilingualism (French and English): Effective communication in French and English, both orally and in writing. Advanced English is required to communicate with our anglophone distributors and manufacturers;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (asset).

Conditions / Context
- The position is offered in a hybrid mode in Quebec City or Montreal.
- The work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
