Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Customer Experience (GCX), you will act as a strategic partner to the sector leadership and directly contribute to achieving iA's growth and transformation ambitions.

At the intersection of strategy, finance, governance, and risk management, you will play a key role in evaluating, optimizing, and tracking the sector's strategic investments. You will ensure rigorous organizational performance management, maximize the value creation of initiatives, and support decision-making through data-driven analyses, expected benefits, and business risks.

This position represents a unique opportunity to act as the true right hand of the Senior Vice President GCX on performance, governance, value creation, and strategic execution matters.

What you will accomplish with us

  • As a Strategic Performance Advisor, you will be called upon to:
  • Advise the Senior Vice President GCX and his leadership team on the evaluation of strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and investments, in close collaboration with the Principal Advisor, Growth and Financial Performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business lines and corporate sectors to ensure alignment of strategies, investments, and performance objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting process and financial tracking of the sector, particularly for Run, Maintain, and Improve activities.
  • Support strategic portfolio management by participating in the prioritization of initiatives, the preparation and validation of business cases, and the tracking of benefit realization.
  • Act as the Business Value Guardian of the GCX sector, monitoring the performance, benefit realization, and return on investments.
  • Produce financial analyses, value creation models, and projections, then translate customer, marketing, and operational metrics into strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to evolve customer value measurement approaches, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models.
  • Design and evolve executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and tracking mechanisms, while contributing to the evaluation of initiatives, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Assume the role of Business Risk Officer (BRO) for the GCX sector, integrating risk management principles into governance, planning, and portfolio management processes, and supporting sector decision-making bodies.
  • What could accelerate your success in this role
  • We are looking for a person who:
  • Is recognized for their influential leadership, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach.
  • Acts as a credible business partner to managers and executives.
  • Possesses strong financial analysis, modeling, and business value evaluation capabilities.
  • Demonstrates expertise in governance, organizational performance, portfolio management, or a strategic advisory role.
  • Excels in mobilizing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exhibits excellent business judgment, strong political acumen, and a great ability to influence decision-making.
  • Has a good understanding of customer value creation, revenue growth, and integrated risk management concepts.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, administration, finance, or any other relevant discipline, along with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational performance, finance, portfolio management, governance, or a strategic advisory role.
  • Possesses advanced English language proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate with anglophone partners and colleagues, as well as regularly analyze and produce strategic documentation in English.
