We are looking for our future Project Manager to join our teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and manage projects under your responsibility to ensure the achievement of business and technological objectives, coordinating teams, resources, and stakeholders while respecting deadlines, budgets, and organizational guidelines.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into orientations, requirements, and deliverables in line with the targeted objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on all activities, resources, schedules, budgets, and deliverables of the mandates.
• Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams as well as concerned partners.
• Ensure alignment between different initiatives and manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, dashboards, performance indicators, and progress reports.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, organizational processes, and best practices in project management.
• Support the delivery, adoption of solutions, and knowledge transfer to users.
• Act as a project management advisor and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational practices.
• Desired Profile

Academic Background

• Hold a university degree (bachelor's degree) in information technology or another relevant field, or have experience, certification, or a combination of elements deemed relevant as compensation for academic requirements.

Academic Background (Asset)

• Master's degree in project management, Agile certification (PMI, Scrum PO) — major asset.

Minimum Professional Experience

• Have EIGHT (8) years of relevant experience, including several years in the management or coordination of complex, large-scale projects, mandates, or files.
• Possess significant experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate experience in planning, schedule tracking, budget management, risk management, issues, and dependencies.
• Have worked on or contributed to large-scale projects or mandates in complex organizational environments.
• Possess experience with recognized project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid, or traditional).

Professional Experience (Asset)

• Experience in the healthcare sector or the public sector.
• Certifications in project management or agility (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent).

• Excellent planning, organization, and priority management skills.
• Motivational leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and solve complex problems.
