Supply Chain Internship - Winter 2027

Being an intern or student at Cascades is the unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion in the context of a Supply Chain Internship - Winter 2027.

You will have the following main responsibilities:

Operational SAP

• Verify the consistency of supplier data in SAP (name, ID, category)
• Extract purchase requisitions and purchase orders for analysis

Process Mapping

• Document the current RFQ (Request for Quotation) and PO (Purchase Order) management process
• Create a visual flowchart of the steps
• Identify manual points to automate (e.g., confirmations, follow-ups)

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

• Update RFQ templates (Excel) for buyers
• Organize technical documents and scorecards for evaluation
• Prepare a list of suppliers to invite by category (Capex, MRO)

Support in Technological Deployments

• Compile the list of buyers and plan training workshops
• Prepare an action tracking table (SAP integration, supplier onboarding)
• Collect specific needs for deployment

Project Support

• Centralize documents (project charter, deployment plan, templates)
• Track deliverables and deadlines in a shared file
• Prepare a weekly progress report for the project manager

There’s No One Like You!

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40h/week), as part of your university or college studies in operations and logistics management, industrial engineering, or chemical engineering.
• You have completed two internships during your studies or have relevant experience.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You have knowledge of MS Office, as well as Power BI and Visio, which is an asset.
• You are fluent in French and have good English proficiency, which is an asset for interacting with our teams and partners outside Quebec.
