Being an intern or student at Cascades is the unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion in the context of a Logistics Coordination Internship - Winter 2027.

You will have the following main responsibilities:

• Assist all units in managing transportation, customs, and logistics, including managing ServiceNow tickets
• Ensure the accuracy of data in the TMS, ServiceNow, and other computer systems
• Monitor carriers to ensure compliance with delivery and pickup dates
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents and data related to logistics and transportation
• Organize all activities to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of the service
• Apply logistics and transportation practices and procedures to achieve business objectives
• Facilitate communication between the service and business partners
• Select carriers for special or exceptional transportation, based on dates provided by the units

There’s No One Like You!

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40 hours/week), as part of your university or college studies in operations management and logistics, transportation, customs, or industrial engineering
• You demonstrate a strong interest in transportation and logistics and have relevant experience
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of SAP (an asset)
• You stand out for your meticulousness and ability to follow established procedures
• You are fluent in both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States
