We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative - Estimating.

You will be responsible for stimulating the growth of the client portfolio assigned to you by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service.

You will oversee the entire sales process, from needs analysis to material delivery on job sites, while respecting project deadlines.

You will respond to customer requests by preparing competitive proposals and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional objectives, while collaborating closely with external sales and developing lasting business relationships.

What You Need to Know

• Position: An Internal Sales Representative - Estimating
• Base Salary: Annually $60,000, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Mandate: Permanent
• Required Experience: 2 years and more

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to customer requests or requests for proposals.
• Advise customers on product selection and ensure complete order placement.
• Analyze plans and estimates, perform quantity calculations, and prepare material "take-offs".
• Monitor customer requests, resolve problematic situations, and handle complaints or claims as needed.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and logistics with suppliers and internal teams.
• Request quotes from suppliers and communicate with external sales and management.
