The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing the execution of maintenance activities and managing the maintenance personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient equipment performance. This role is responsible for staffing planning, performance management, skill development, work execution quality, and maintenance productivity, while ensuring effective coordination with the Production, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities on the night shift.
- Support the manufacturing and packaging teams to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment.
- Act as a technical expert and resource person for technicians.
- Prioritize interventions and manage maintenance resources effectively.
- Develop team skills and maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Work closely with the production, engineering, and reliability teams.
- Ensure compliance with SST, quality, and GMP requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated field leadership and ability to positively influence teams.
- Ability to manage priorities in a demanding operational environment.
