Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion through a Technical Laboratory Internship in Processes and Materials - Winter 2027.

You will have the following main responsibilities:

• Analyze, sample, and characterize materials in the laboratory using state-of-the-art methods and tools
• Participate in process work by collaborating with teams to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Write detailed analysis reports to guide improvement work for our partners and clients
• Make health and safety at work a priority by integrating best practices into all your activities
• Participate in plant sampling, when necessary, to support our field projects
• Support project teams in fulfilling their mandates and provide technical support to our clients and business partners

There’s No One Like You!

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40 hours/week), as part of your university or college program in Chemical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, Industrial Processes Technology, or DEP in Pulp and Paper
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, autonomy, and resourcefulness, while showing a strong capacity for adaptation
• You are proficient in digital and analytical tools and stand out with your positive team spirit and results-oriented mindset
• You are fluent in French and have good English proficiency, which is an asset for interacting with our teams and partners outside Quebec
