Research Department/Program: Women's Health Research Unit

Under the supervision of Dr. Lucy Gilbert, the successful candidate will assist in conducting studies at the research unit while adhering to internal protocols, procedures, and POS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the regulatory aspects of multiple studies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtains approval from the ethics committee for protocols and ensures ethical approvals throughout the study;
  • Maintains the investigator study file (ISF);
  • Schedules initiation visits, follow-up visits, and noted problem follow-ups;
  • Ensures liaison with pharmaceutical company representatives;
  • Performs any other tasks as indicated by the supervisor.

  • Work Experience: 2 years

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in French is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of English (oral and written) is required as the position requires regular and complex contact with patient(s), researchers, or international students who exclusively speak English.
  • Demonstrates adaptability,
  • Ability to work autonomously or with teams with minimal supervision,
  • Previous experience with Nagano is an asset.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
