Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion through a Quality Control Internship - Winter 2027.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting tests in the laboratory on raw materials and finished products
• Performing inspections on products held in quarantine and participating in the decision-making process regarding their disposition
• Conducting inspections on conversion lines, paper machines, and polyfilm facilities
• Analyzing the impacts of conversion, including losses and the destruction of raw materials

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40 hours/week), as part of your university or college program in chemical engineering or laboratory techniques
• You demonstrate great attention to detail and work with rigor and precision
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of Plant Apps and AS/400 (an asset)
• You are fluent in French, the primary working language, and have functional English for easy communication with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States
