Being an intern or student at Cascades is the unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion in the context of an Internship in Maintenance Management - Winter 2027.

You will have the following main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the structuring and optimization of maintenance processes
• Organize and schedule work orders to improve operational efficiency
• Participate in the implementation of a kitting system tailored to the needs of the plant
• Develop annual maintenance route sheets using management software
• Participate in maintenance planning meetings
• Structure meetings by developing standardized forms and effective tracking tools
• Monitor actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40 hours/week), as part of your university studies in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• You are self-motivated and enjoy collaborating within a team
