Multi-unit and Commercial Projects | Wood and Concrete Structures DESMOR is growing rapidly and is looking for a Project Manager who wants to take their place in an ambitious, structured, and forward-thinking company.

With over 2,000 doors currently under construction and a full order book for several years, Desmor continues its development on large-scale plumbing and heating projects in the multi-unit and commercial sectors, both on wood and concrete structures.

We are not just looking for someone to "follow up on files".

We are looking for a person who can take charge of their projects, mobilize the various stakeholders, and directly contribute to their success, from preparation to delivery.

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of your plumbing and heating projects.

You will have to:

• Take charge of projects from preparation to closing;
• Plan and coordinate the execution of work;
• Collaborate closely with foremen and construction teams;
• Coordinate work with general contractors, professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Follow up on plans, shop drawings, directives, and modifications;
• Ensure the follow-up of budgets, costs, schedules, and extras;
• Participate in the procurement and follow-up of materials and equipment;
• Anticipate challenges and find quick solutions;
• Maintain effective communication with clients and various stakeholders;
• Ensure the quality of execution and compliance with Desmor's commitments.
• THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone solid, organized, and capable of advancing their projects.

Relevant experience in the management of plumbing, heating, or building mechanical projects is required.

A good understanding of the reality of construction sites is essential. Experience on multi-unit, commercial, wood, or concrete structure projects is a valuable asset.

You are recognized for your leadership, communication skills, sense of priorities, and ability to work with construction teams.

Previous experience as a plumber, foreman, or in a technical role in building mechanics is also an excellent asset.

Salary: $95,000 to $130,000 per year
