YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of your plumbing and heating projects.

You will have to:

  • Take charge of projects from preparation to closing;
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of work;
  • Collaborate closely with foremen and construction teams;
  • Coordinate work with general contractors, professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors;
  • Follow up on plans, shop drawings, directives, and modifications;
  • Ensure the follow-up of budgets, costs, schedules, and extras;
  • Participate in the procurement and follow-up of materials and equipment;
  • Anticipate challenges and find quick solutions;
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and various stakeholders;
  • Ensure the quality of execution and compliance with Desmor's commitments.

Relevant experience in the management of plumbing, heating, or building mechanical projects is required.
