This position falls under the Product Marketing function within the Marketing department and works closely with teams across the organization. The Product Marketing Manager will contribute to the development of messaging, positioning, campaign inputs, launch support, and tools for the sales teams to market CM Labs' hardware, software, and service offerings.

Messaging and Positioning

  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for vertical markets, personas, and use cases assigned to them.
  • Translate product capabilities, launches, and use cases into customer-focused benefits and business outcomes.
  • Adapt company and solution messages to buyers, influencers, and industry decision-makers.
  • Conduct research with customers, buyers, sales teams, and the market to uncover industry needs, purchasing criteria, use cases, objections, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and alternative solution research for assigned vertical markets, including differentiators, market context, and recommendations for sales.
  • Track industry trends, customer feedback, competitive context, and campaign performance to contribute to refining messaging and content over time.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure consistency of product information and go-to-market messaging across campaigns, content, sales tools, events, digital channels, and customer communications.

Product Launches and Go-to-Market Support

  • Develop launch messaging, value propositions, differentiator stories, and market communications for assigned vertical markets.
  • Create launch briefs that specify target audiences, key messages, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Adapt launch messaging to relevant industries, buyer personas, and market segments.
  • Contribute to cross-functional launch preparation by providing guidance on messaging, content, sales enablement, customer-value input, and visibility into key dependencies and gaps.
  • Help ensure launch messaging is reflected consistently across customer-facing channels and sales resources.

Campaign & Content Support

  • Develop campaign messaging, themes, and briefs for assigned vertical-market initiatives.
  • Create campaign briefs that define target audiences, market challenges, key messages, content needs, recommended channels or tactics, and success measures.
  • Create content briefs and messaging guidance for writers, designers, agencies, subject matter experts, and internal contributors.
  • Contribute to webinars, customer stories, presentations, videos, white papers, blogs, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure content reflects customer challenges, industry realities, buyer priorities, and business outcomes.

Sales, Events & Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide industry messaging and customer-value guidance to support sales conversations, launch readiness, and enablement programs.
  • Develop messaging and content for industry events, trade shows, webinars, and customer programs.
  • Support event themes, presentation content, conference summaries, booth messaging, demo messaging, and related materials.
  • Accompany speakers and content experts in developing presentations, messaging guidance, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product management, product growth, communications, demand generation, digital marketing, events, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and market initiatives.
  • The Desired Profile
  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Is an excellent communicator, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, customer-focused stories.
  • Understands how messaging, positioning, content, and go-to-market support contribute to business growth.
  • Can synthesize inputs from customers, sales teams, product leaders, market research, and campaign performance.
  • Thinks strategically while being comfortable with concrete execution.
  • Possesses strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Maintains well-organized messaging frameworks, briefs, launch materials, and related resources.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability of product marketing processes and deliverables.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and multiple initiatives are underway.
  • Collaborates effectively with marketing, product, sales, and customer success.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in knowing when to act independently, seek input, and bring stakeholders together.
  • Is comfortable influencing stakeholders and creating alignment across teams without direct authority.

This position must collaborate closely with anglophone teams, customers, and partners in the United States and elsewhere, requiring proficiency in English both orally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in developing messaging, positioning, campaign narratives, and customer-facing content.
  • Experience in supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer buying journeys, and complex procurement committees.
  • Experience working with technical products, complex buyer groups, or B2B markets within an industry.
  • Experience in technical, software, hardware, simulation, industrial, or service solution marketing; experience with complex solution portfolios is a plus.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with AI tools to support content creation, messaging development, research, and productivity.
