Being an intern or student at Cascades is the unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the framework of a Human Resources Internship - Winter 2027.

You will have the following main responsibilities:

• Participate in various stages of the recruitment process for the plant
• Contribute to onboarding, integration, and follow-up activities for new employees
• Act as a human resources resource for employees and answer their questions regarding human resources
• Participate in the design, implementation, and deployment of various HR initiatives and projects
• Analyze HR indicators and statistics, then contribute to the development of action plans based on the results
• Support the workforce management process of the plant (hiring, job changes, departures, etc.)
• Ensure the updating and accuracy of employee files
• Collaborate on the organization and execution of employee recognition activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions surrounding HR issues
• Work closely with the various departments of the plant to support their human resources needs

• You are available from January 11 to April 23, 2027 for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) as part of your university studies in human resources
• You have already completed an internship during your studies
• You demonstrate initiative, active listening, and do not hesitate to approach employees
• You are comfortable working in a plant environment where noise and dust are part of the daily routine
• You stand out for your autonomy, initiative, diligence, and excellent communication skills
• You have good proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
