As part of the Data and Analytics Program, the Unicity project aims to implement the data matching system that will support the Member-Customer Single View, an essential asset for the organization. Join a strategic initiative at the heart of Desjardins' data transformation! Reporting to the Business Solutions Director, Cross-Cutting Data, the Application Delivery Manager - Analytical Data Integration will play a key role in coordinating and tracking IT deliverables for a large-scale project involving numerous internal teams and external partners. In close collaboration with the project manager, program director, implementation teams, and business partners, the person in this role will ensure the alignment of work, management of inter-project dependencies, and adherence to delivery commitments to contribute to the success of this strategic transformation. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Planning the deliverables of the application and technology axis and estimating project costs, taking into account the issues, complexity, participants, and alignment with other projects
- Performing functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery of the application and technology axis
- Ensuring team performance, quality control of work, identification of standards, methods, and procedures to be applied within the project
- Coordinating all deliverables in accordance with the agreed agreements, costs, and schedules, and ensuring the performance and consistency of the application and technology axis with the established guidelines
- Developing risk analysis, impacts, and associated strategies to manage the risk level of the application and technology axis
- Managing changes requested, experimentation of solutions and strategies related to the application and technology axis, in collaboration with the project manager
- Ensuring the availability of the application layer of the infrastructure platforms

What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- At least eight years of relevant experience in project management
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in transformation, turnaround projects
- PMP certification
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
- Expertise in delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Expertise in a large-scale organization with a complex structure and highly political context
- Significant expertise in an agile environment
- Advanced mastery of JIRA and Confluence, Planisware tools
