Your Role
As an occupational therapist, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation journey of your patients. Through a personalized and goal-oriented approach, you will guide them back to their daily, professional, and personal activities.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including those in the CNESST, SAAQ, musculoskeletal disorders, mental health, and return-to-work domains.
On a Daily Basis, You Will Be Called Upon To
- Assess patients' functional capabilities and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans based on best practices.
- Guide patients towards optimal return to daily life activities, work, or leisure.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advise patients, their families, and partners involved in their rehabilitation.
- Actively participate in the continuous development of your practice.
