Your missions

• Participate in bid site visits
• Read, analyze, and interpret bids and addenda
• Perform quantity take-offs
• Estimate the costs of public and private projects (multi-residential, commercial, institutional) with precision
• Prepare and send invitations to subcontractors
• Ensure the handover of files to project managers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our work methods

Desired profile

• DEC or AEC in architecture, estimation, or other relevant construction training;
• 1 to 5 years of experience in estimation - Open to new graduates
• Rigor, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Dynamism, autonomy, collaboration, and team spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Comfort with digital tools and software
