We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Cashier to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to actively contribute to an excellent customer experience, we would love to meet you!

Your Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner;
• Process transactions quickly and accurately;
• Receive and process various forms of payment in accordance with established procedures;
• Scan merchandise and ensure transaction accuracy;
• Actively assist with bagging purchases and help customers fill their bags to provide fast, efficient, and attentive service;
• Maintain an efficient service pace and work with the team to help reduce checkout wait times;
• Inform customers about current programs and promotions, including the Loto-Québec program offered in store, and actively promote the program in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines;
• Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed;
• Keep checkout stations and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe;
• Follow internal procedures related to transactions, cash handling, refunds, and customer service;
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience;
• Perform other related duties required for the smooth operation of the store.
