The Laval Home Support Cooperative is a non-profit organization offering various home care services to elderly or disabled individuals. Founded in 1995 by the four Laval CLSCs, the Cooperative is a user cooperative created by and for its members. As a social economy enterprise, the Cooperative pursues a dual mission: "To provide all its members with quality home care services that are stable, reliable, secure, and professional." • Each day is different, but you will:
• Assist with housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
• Prepare simple meals
• Do grocery shopping when needed
• Provide reassuring and human presence
• Build trust with clients
• Observe and communicate needs to the team
• In short, you contribute to the well-being of people who rely on you.
• Work Location
• At members' homes – all over Laval
• Frequent travel (paid!)

What We Are Looking For

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Warm, reliable, and empathetic personality
• Comfortable with housekeeping and human contact
• Available during the day (Monday to Friday)
• Access to a car + valid driver's license
• Comfortable with travel
• Assets:
