Home Care Assistant - Light Housekeeping
Retail & hospitalityDescription
Company
The Laval Home Support Cooperative is a non-profit organization offering various home care services to elderly or disabled individuals. Founded in 1995 by the four Laval CLSCs, the Cooperative is a user cooperative created by and for its members. As a social economy enterprise, the Cooperative pursues a dual mission: "To provide all its members with quality home care services that are stable, reliable, secure, and professional." "To create good jobs and offer rewarding work to people who share the same social values and are willing to use their skills to serve members." These two mission statements, which are both complementary and indivisible, are commitments for the Cooperative that combine the needs of its members with those of its employees. As a result, they can mutually improve their quality of life, achieve greater autonomy, and generate a sense of usefulness and belonging to our community.
