Job Overview:

As a security agent, your primary mission will be to ensure the safety of the building and its residents. You will manage access for visitors and contribute to creating a welcoming environment. This role is essential to provide excellent customer service while adhering to security protocols.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage access for residents and visitors.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular property patrols.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Provide assistance and information to residents and guests.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate activity records.
• Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• A valid security agent license (BSP) is required.
• Previous experience in a security or concierge role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are crucial.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Working Conditions

• This role offers full-time and part-time positions.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends depending on operational needs.
• A competitive salary is offered based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $20.60 per hour.
