INTERMEDIATE AGILE COACH

Pixsenses is seeking an Intermediate Agile Coach to participate in a strategic mandate with a major Quebec public organization as part of its digital transformation.

About the mandate

The selected person will support teams and managers in adopting and implementing Agile best practices, Lean/Six Sigma, ITIL V4, and BPMN 2.0. They will actively contribute to improving team performance, collaboration, and organizational maturity.

Main responsibilities

• Support teams in applying Agile practices on a daily basis.
• Coach managers, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
• Facilitate Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement workshops.
• Prepare and deliver Agile and Scrum training.
• Deploy performance and velocity indicators.
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of ITIL V4 practices.
• Map and optimize processes according to BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Support teams in managing product backlogs and performance indicators.
• Support the evolution of Agile, Lean, and IT service management practices.
• Desired profile

✅ Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience using various Agile frameworks, ITIL V4, and BPMN 2.0 standards, including their implementation, with at least two (2) years of experience in the information technology domain.

✅ Have completed tasks to set up, facilitate workshops for these reference frameworks and intermediate-level practices in a mandate of at least 200 days/year, over the past five (5) years.

✅ Demonstrate two (2) experiences of more than 20 days/year each of preparing and delivering training as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach over the past five (5) years.

✅ Have completed at least one (1) "Agile Coaching" mandate for a minimum period of twelve (12) months in the Quebec public or parapublic sector or the private Quebec sector.

✅ Have implemented ITIL V4 practices in at least one (1) mandate of a minimum duration of six (6) months.

✅ Have implemented BPMN 2.0 standards in at least two (2) mandates of more than six (6) months.

Assets ⭐ Experience in the Quebec public or parapublic sector.

⭐ Experience in a SAFe environment.

⭐ Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL certifications.

⭐ Experience in the implementation or evolution of software solutions.
